Cyberswim securely accepts the following credit cards
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Your account is authorized at the time of order placement, but is not actually charged at that time. Your account will be charged for the items as they are shipped.
We currently do not accept orders via email as there is no guaranteed method of protecting your sensitive credit card and personal information.
If an item is marked down within two weeks (14 days) of the date of your purchase, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, please call Customer Service at 1-800-291-2943 or send an email to email@example.com within the 14 day window. If sending an email, please be sure to include your order number and order date. Refunds for price differences are issued in the original form of payment. Items purchased during our Annual Clearance Sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Sales Tax and Other Charges
If your order is being delivered anywhere in Pennsylvania we are required by law to collect 6% sales tax, calculated on the total value of your order including Shipping and Handling charges. Pennsylvania taxation classifies bathing suits as sporting goods, not apparel, and taxation is based on sporting good rates.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Cyberswim). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Cyberswim has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.cyberswim.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information relating to your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the order is a gift or an exchange, the package is marked accordingly, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift or exchange item directly on the package.
Orders placed outside the US and Canada will be shipped via US Postal Service. Please allow 10-14 business days for overseas transit. Please note that clearing customs can add another 15-20 days to expected delivery times.
Regretfully, we cannot send catalogs to overseas customers at this time; however, we do include catalogs in overseas orders.
