Do you price match?

Cyberswim sells Miraclesuit swimwear year round, so we are unable to offer promotional codes, or match other discounts provided by retail stores. We do offer an annual sale in late September, so please check back with us at www.cyberswim.com at that time, or make sure that you are signed up for our mailing list (print and email) to receive advance notification of the sale.

Do you offer price adjustments?

If an item is marked down within two weeks (14 days) of the date of your purchase, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, please call Customer Service at 1-800-291-2943 or send an email to service@cyberswim.com within the 14 day window. If sending an email, please be sure to include your order number and order date. Refunds for price differences are issued in the original form of payment. Items purchased during our Annual Clearance Sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.

How do I determine the best size to buy?

Miraclesuits are designed to hold you in firmly, with maximum four-way control knit into the patented fabric itself. Many customers find that they order one size larger than they would normally wear.

Try to follow the size chart as closely as possible. If you are in between sizes, choose the larger size.

If you use the size chart and are still in doubt, use your average pant size.

Although each Miraclesuit features control (it's in the fabric), there are certain styles that are designed for extra disguise or distraction. The web site is organized into categories to best suit the type of body coverage you desire. You should have success if you use them accordingly.

Do not order a smaller size with the thought that you will have more control. A smaller size will just make you uncomfortable, and you will not look your best.

If all measurements fit within a particular size, except your torso - order the next size up.

The torso length of the suit can make a big difference to comfort and fit. Note that the length of your torso bears little relationship to your height. You may have short legs and a long torso, and find that regular suits pull up and are uncomfortable. Our long torso suits are about 2 inches longer than regular suits, and that extra length can make all the difference. Or you may be tall and short-waisted, in which case your height may be due to long legs. Choose a regular suit, and look for a torso elongating style to create a leaner appearance.

What holidays are Cyberswim closed?

Cyberswim Headquarters and Distribution Center are closed on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day - July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Please take this into consideration when ordering and note that we will not send any shipments after 2 p.m. E.T. on the day prior to a holiday, or on any holiday or weekend. Shipments will resume the first day back from a holiday or weekend.

The following customer service hours will be in effect for these days:
Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving: 8:30am to 2:30pm
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve: 8:30am to 2:30pm

What bra cup size are most Miraclesuits?

The Misses' and Women's size Miraclesuits have a B/C cup size. We also carry a large selection of D and DD cup Miraclesuits that are not available in stores.

What bra type offers the most support?

Do the women's selections accommodate a larger bust size?

The manufacturer has described our Women's styles as having a full B to C Cup. Although, based on customer feedback, many DD-Cup customers feel as though the Women's styles provide more than enough support.

Do you carry Mastectomy swimwear?

Unfortunately, we do not carry Mastectomy suits. However, based on customer feedback we recommend the Wrap style suit. These selections can be viewed by keying in the word "wrap" in the keyword box in the upper right corner on www.cyberswim.com.

Do you carry petite sizes?

Although we do not have a selection marked for petite sizes, Miraclesuits are designed to hold you in firmly, with maximum four-way control knit into the patented fabric itself. Therefore, many customers find that they order one size larger than they would normally wear.

Do you offer Pregnancy Swimwear?

Unfortuantely we do not. Miraclesuit, with it's high Lycra content, is not recommended for maternity wear, because it can be so constricting. However, we hope you will return to Cyberswim after the birth of your child. Many customers find that our swimwear provides the perfect post-partum lift!

Can I order a Long Torso Misses, Misses D-Cup or Misses DD-Cup swimsuit?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued making long torso swimsuits and we will not be receiving any additional or new stock in long torso swimsuits.

Are your suits chlorine resistant?

All of our suits are chlorine-resistant, but must be cared for properly to prolong their life. Chlorine, whether wet or dry, causes the Lycra portion of the Miratex fabric to breakdown and fade. With 32% Lycra, Miraclesuits provide better control than other brands of swimwear, but are also more vulnerable to the effects of chlorine than less expensive suits. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping and handling cost for international delivery varies depending on the total amount of items ordered. To view our shipping and handling rates, please click here.

Orders placed outside the US will be shipped via US Postal Service. Please allow 14-30 days for your order to arrive. Customs procedures vary - merchandise is often held up at Customs. Also, for packages audited by Customs, customs costs can vary greatly. To find out about these costs click here, When you place your order with your credit card, the charge will be in US dollars. Your credit card company will perform the conversion according to their customary time frames and rates, which are often more favorable than what is generally available to consumers. Bear in mind that exchange rates fluctuate daily. To get a rough idea of the conversion costs, you could use one of the free currency converters on the web.

I need to expedite my Exchange Order!

If you need to receive your exchange order sooner, we can ship it now, but will have to charge your card for the new items. Then, when we receive your other suits back as a return, we will process your refund. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. We encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card number, when it is sent over the Internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, a blue bar will appear at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom right corner of the window. What do the terms "Short-Term Backorder" and "Priority Backorder" mean?

Items that are currently unavailable for immediate shipment are referred to as being on "Short Term Backorder." This means that the item is orderable, and that we expect to be able to obtain it from the manufacturer and ship it to arrive within the delivery time frames set by the shipping method you have chosen.

Items that may take longer for us to obtain may be designated as being on "Long Term or Priority Backorder." This may happen when a style is currently in production and we are expecting to receive a shipment from the manufacturer by a given date. We will communicate an expected date on our website and we may revise it from time to time if there are manufacturing delays that cause the item to ship to us later than expected. You may still place an order for a long-term backordered item and it will ship to you as soon as it becomes available. We may check in with you from time to time to make sure that you still wish to receive your "priority backorder." In cases where the item becomes available after 30 days from order placement, we will contact you to reauthorize the order. You will not be charged for the back ordered item until it is shipped from our warehouse.

What happens after I place an order?

After you complete the checkout process, a "Thank You" page will appear which will display your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been placed successfully. We will send a copy of this online order receipt via email within one hour. After your order has been processed at Cyberswim, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your order number, tracking number and order details. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by telephone or email.

What is the process for placing an Exchange Order?

To process an exchange order, we would normally wait until we receive your suits to process your exchange. Therefore, once your suits are received back, we would issue a refund for the cost of the items returned, and then re-charge you for the items you wish to order in exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process to be completed, although we will do our best to prioritize your return to speed the exchange.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will obtain authorization for the credit card charges at the time you place your order. Your credit card will actually be charged when your order is shipped. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are available for shipping. If we are unable to secure authorization, you will be contacted by a Cyberswim customer service specialist.

Why am I being charged Sales Tax?

If your order is being delivered anywhere in Pennsylvania, we are required by law to collect 6% sales tax. Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value of your order prior to Shipping and Handling charges. Our tax officials have advised that according to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, swimwear is classified as a Sporting Good, and therefore, it is taxable item. Why am I having problems ordering?

Why is my basket empty?

You may not have selected a quantity for the item you wish to order. At the product page, select the product(s) you wish to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to order, and click on the "Add to Basket" button on the bottom of the page. This should add the selected products to your basket. If your product is still not showing up in your basket, your browser may not be set to accept "cookies". Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping basket. We do not include personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. It was most likely due to your credit card failing to authorize or it was declined. Please be certain that your name and address matches exactly what your card issuer has on file for you. Where can I use merchandise credit I received from Cyberswim.com?

Merchandise credit issued by Cyberswim.com can only be redeemed on our website. Unfortunately it is non-transferable and cannot be accepted by any other website other than Cyberswim.com.
